What’s your all‘s favorite fall trend this year? I must say I’m so glad that blush pink has made a come back this year! And shockingly mules have found their way into my wardrobe. Definitely a fall trend I didn’t think I’d like but now I just can’t get enough!! If you are anything like me I don’t like spending a lot of money on a trend for the season that I’m not sure I’ll even like later, so I’ve found some fabulous mules that are under a hundred dollars from express, target and other stores as well! Which I have all link via like to know it through my insta posts! Hint hint, if you’re reading this you are the first to know that I will be having a $150 target giveaway this month!!! Keep your eyes pealed on the insta for the info! Anywho! I’m so upset I haven’t made it to the pumpkin patch this year, so I decided if I can’t find someone to go with this week I’ll just go by myself! I love the apple cider slushies and those donuts mmmmm.... yes!! I can taste it all now! The classic hayride out to the pumpkin patch is also one of my favorites! Although I have a secret, I’m like terrified of the corn maze y’all!!! Please say I’m not a lone! I have this fear that I’ll totally get lost and be stuck in there for like hours, the mazes out here are no joke!!!! A couple years ago a lady called 911 because she got lost in a corn maze I kid you not!! Also has anyone else thought about the fact that another word for corn is maze? So like a corn maze could technically be like corn corn..... hahaha maybe I’m like a little sleep deprived but that totally made since in my head! And on that note I’m off to bed! Night everyone! xx Allison
For those of you that have lived in Kentucky all your lives you're probably used to the crazy Kentucky weather when September hits. You know what I'm taking about, cold in the mornings, warm in the afternoon and cold again into the evening! Although I am and have always been a Kentucky resident I still struggle to figure out what to wear. I love the cold weather and I always want to bust out my fall wardrobe as quickly as possible! I am sitting in my bed this morning trying to figure out what I'm going to wear to church because it's 55 degrees out right now but when I get out of church it will be closer to 68. Torn because I really want to wear my new sweater and bootie mules ( not sure that's the right term but that's what I call them ) I just bought! We all have been there, it would be totally acceptable to wear my sweater and boots at 55 degrees out, but when it gets closer to 70 later in the day it will look kind of out of place. So how are you supposed to dress? That's the question. Honestly, I've been asking myself that for a couple years now, trying to figure out what would be acceptable in what I call " pre-fall." I have a couple go to outfits, well really just one that I like to recreate a few different ways! A great pair of skinnies with a graphic tee, chunky knit sweater, and my favorite comfy cute sneakers or some little booties! Perfect for the morning because the sweater will keep you warm! This also works well in the afternoon because you can take your sweater off if you are getting hot! This is my go too, I hope this helps some of you all dealing with Kentuckys awful weather! Xx Allison

I want to thank Dalton, creator of 859approved, for inviting on to talk about my brand! I've been using the app Tailor now for a couple weeks and let me tell you, it's been a life saver! Although it's just an early version of the app, it is still so advanced! My stylist helps me find the perfect piece to add to my closet for fall as well as helps me plan outfits for special occasions, updating my closet, and tons of ideas and inspirations on the newest looks and trends. The best part is, she is a real person! You aren't talking to some computer system, you are chatting with someone who has worked with CEOS, celebrities, and professionals to get you the perfect outfit that suits your very own style! My stylist even finds things that are like on crazy sale! I'm talking Stuart Weitzman in my size, HALF OFF! I would of never of found them without my stylist! What I love about the app Tailor is that it's for everyone. You don't have to be into fashion to be interested in the app. I can ask my stylist simple everyday things like "what shoes go better with this outfit for dinner?" And I can send my stylist a picture of what I'm wearing and a picture of the shoes and I will get her opinion! ( which is always right on point! ) And I can set my own price range on items that my stylist will search! So I don't get anything crazily out of my price range! This is especially great for you bargain hunters but really helps anyone and everyone! If you're tired of asking your boyfriend/husband for fashion advice and getting the same answer every time " it all looks good babe, let's just go " then you seriously need this app!!! You can just click HERE to download it today!

I changed my hair AGAIN! If you asked me a year ago what my hair style would be I would of never of guessed I'd be at this point. I was terrified of cutting my hair, terrified of dying it. Scared to try something new and then all the sudden I don't know what happened but I just cut it all off. For girls a huge thing is hair, how it's styled what it looks like and I was the exact same way! I wanted my hair long and pretty. So I kept my hair long and natural. But I discovered how beautiful the cancer patients are with no hair. Seriously no hair? That's like a girls nightmare. But they own it and it's beautiful! So I thought you know why in the world could I not mix it up? So I started and cut 11 inches off and dyed it blonde. Then every time I went back I did something different wether I cut more hair off or dyed it some more. It's all beautiful as long as you like it. My friend told me something " it's just hair " she said. And it is. You can dye it cut it and if you hate it you can change it. It's not something permanent. Life is so serious and everything is like life changing especially at this age. You are choosing your career, trying to figure out your life and it's stressful!! So why not have fun with your hair? So I'm gonna keep changing it until I find something I'm 100% happy with. This time I blasted it out and went total like white blonde. I was nervous about it but realized, it's just hair. There's so many other things In life I have to worry about and my hair will not be one of them! Who knows maybe I'll dye it pink next, no lie I kinda thought about it hahaha but if you've been wanting to change something up I say go for it! Have some fun, not everything has to be so serious! My hairdresser friend Hailey couldn't of said if any better when she said "I kind of look at it like your hair is your crown, it's an expression of who you are and your personality! So whatever it is that YOU want to try, go for it! You rock that pink hair, you work that Lob, heck go for that undercut you're scared of trying. It's your crown, find something that fits you and wear it proudly. " So perfectly said!!!! So go for it!!!

I've been a regular at the nail salon for about 2 years. I go once a month and usually get a manicure and pedicure. For about a year I have been using SNS and I have never looked back! My last trip to the nail salon I went a little out of my comfort zone and got longer tips put on and in the coffin shape, something I have never done before! I think this will start to be a regular thing as I LOVE it!!!! I'm completely obsessed with it. I was worried about my nails being to long and not being able to do regular day activities because of it but after 3 days I'm already used to it! and I really havent had a single problem! So if you are looking for something different and fun to try with your nails, you HAVE to try this! Sadly I start my training for school august 1st and I don't think I will be able to keep my nails this long, but as soon as I am done I'm headed back to the salon! SNS lasts forever and doesn't chip or anything. They look perfect from the day I get my nails done till the day I go back to get them redone! Honestly I only have to go back because the SNS has great vitamins in it and causes my nails to grow like never before! My nail health has seriously never been like this. They were always short and weak and now that has been totally turned around and I have to thank SNS for that! If your nails are also short and weak and you struggle to get them to grow you should try out SNS for a couple months! SO worth the money, and you can thank me later!
So you are a guest at the wedding! But what do you wear as a guest to the wedding?? A lot of people believe that they know what they're supposed to wear to the wedding but I'm here to tell you guys that most of you probably have no idea. I work in the wedding industry and I am constantly amazed at the outfits that these girls wear to these weddings!! First off let me say it's not about you! It is not about you, it is not the time to play dress up, it's not a time to see how hot you can be!! It's the brides day!!! So with that being said there are 4 colors that you should stay away from at almost all weddings you attended. Hopefully you guys know this one, you should NEVER wear white or any shade of white. However it is OK to wear a patterned dress with white in it. I still do not practice this but it is accepted. The next one is the color black. This one is kind of controversial, since some weddings are listed on the invitation that they are a black tie attire. It's really important to know what kind of wedding you're going to be attending. If it is a black tie wedding black would be ok, if it's not a black tie wedding stay away from the color black. However it is accepted to wear pattern dresses that involves the color black. The next color is light beige. You need to stay away from this color for several reasons, The first one being that the color is still too close to the color white, The second reason is that if you are paler than the average person, this color dress will just blend right in with your skin tone... The next color you should try and stay away from kind of has its own category but the color is red. And that is because red is an attention getter color. If there's a photo taken of everyone, and you are wearing red you are going to be the main attraction in the photo. This however does not just go for the color red it also goes with very bright attention getter colors. You do have to be careful because sometimes it's OK to wear the bright attention getter colors like red, orange, and yellow. The proper setting for that would be an outside summer wedding... Now that we've covered the main colors you should stay away from when being a guest at a wedding there is one more group that you need to be aware of. If you have the luxury of knowing what color the bridesmaids will be wearing, you should try your best to stay away from that color. You do not want to be mistaken as part of the bridal party when you are simply just a guest. It is not looked down upon to wear the same color as the bridesmaids if you were unaware but if you do you know what color they will be wearing I suggest staying away from that color as well. This will be different for each wedding you attend! So with all that being said I stick with pastel colors! And you never want to show too much. The word i'm looking for is elegant. And gentlemen! you should match your dates, that's pretty simple :) also "the don't wear black rule" does not apply to men wearing suits!
Hope this helps everyone with all the wedding festivities!!!
