Also known to many as "Brooks" I am 19 years old, yes really, I promise! I started my own business at the age of 17 called Designs by Brooks  ! A little about my background, I went to a private school almost all my life and that is where I met my current boyfriend of 4 years! My family owns bluegrass auto body which is a body repair shop for vehicles! I always thought that is where I would end up but I've always been referred to as the child that marched to her own beat! My dad played professional baseball although no, I never played baseball or softball, but I did play sports my whole life and because of this I found myself dressing like a hobo more often than not. I started this fashion blog to encourage myself to wear the cute clothes in my closet, as well as show off my extensive collection of shoes! ( you all know if you ever have any shoe questions ever, I'M YOUR GIRL ) I've always loved fashion and when I was younger I waned to be a designer of some sort! As I've gotten older I have decided to take my career through a different path in working with animals everyday, my first true love. As humans we have been told our whole life that it is wrong to judge others, you know the saying. " Don't judge a book by its cover" But also as humans we are imperfect and I myself still do this. I believe that fashion and the clothes we wear is often the first impression someone will make of us.
